Hi Shae Squad! It’s Author Shae Pratcher here, and I’m beyond excited to introduce a movement that is very close to my heart—#Heal4Real. My multi-award-winning book, Highway to Healing, guided countless individuals on their healing journeys. It also birthed the #Heal4Real movement, a transformative call to embrace authentic healing and break free from generational pain. Healing is not a destination, but a journey. Through #Heal4Real, I want to encourage each of you to embrace the work that real healing requires. Whether it’s emotional, mental, or spiritual healing, this movement is about committing to do the heart work. This heart work transforms us from the inside out.

What Does Healing for Real Mean?
To #Heal4Real means to go beyond the surface. It requires doing the deep, necessary work to confront pain, trauma, and past hurts. It’s not about covering up wounds or pretending they don’t exist. It’s about acknowledging them. It involves understanding them. It’s about finding the strength to move forward in a healthier, more empowered way.
For me, this journey has not been easy. I have faced personal challenges that have tested my faith. They have tested my resolve. Through it all, I have learned that true healing does not happen overnight. It’s a process of peeling back layers. It’s about setting boundaries. It’s about choosing to prioritize your well-being, no matter how tough the road maybe.

Why #Heal4Real Matters
Healing is not just about feeling better for a moment. It’s about experiencing a transformation. This transformation allows you to break generational cycles. It helps you love yourself fully and live a life that reflects your true purpose. By committing to heal for real, you give yourself permission to show up authentically in every area of your life. This includes at home, at work, in your relationships, and most importantly, for yourself.
How You Can Start Your #Heal4Real Journey
Starting your #Heal4Real journey means taking the first step toward acknowledging the things that have been holding you back. Here are some ways to begin:
- Self-Reflection: Take time to reflect on your past experiences and the areas in your life that still need healing. Journaling can be a powerful tool in this process.
- Set Boundaries: Part of healing is learning to protect your peace. Establish boundaries that allow you to prioritize your mental and emotional well-being.
- Embrace Growth: Healing is a process, and it’s okay to take things one step at a time. Celebrate the small victories along the way and remember that growth is a journey.
