If you didn’t need sleep, what would you do with all the extra time?
If I didn’t need sleep, I would dedicate that extra time to fully embracing the passions and goals that often get pushed aside during the hustle of daily life. I’d spend more time writing—pouring out stories, thoughts, and experiences that have been waiting patiently to take shape. I’d dive deeper into my coaching programs, crafting tools and resources to help others #Heal4Real and thrive in their journeys.
I’d also pour into myself through self-care, mindfulness, and learning, exploring personal growth in ways that would ripple out to benefit my family and community. From reflecting on my healing journey to developing creative projects like my Shae-isms and podcast episodes, that extra time would become a canvas for meaningful work and connection.
And, of course, there would be moments for stillness—allowing myself to dream and create with a heart full of purpose, knowing the importance of balance, even if sleep weren’t a necessity.
