What was the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?
The hardest personal goal I’ve set for myself was to fully embrace my healing journey after enduring years of trauma and loss. It wasn’t just about moving forward but choosing to thrive—which meant diving deep into my past, confronting painful memories, and working to break generational cycles of trauma. This goal has required consistent dedication, accountability, and faith, especially in moments when giving up seemed easier.

Through it all, I’ve learned that healing is a lifelong journey, but it’s the most rewarding one because it brings peace, growth, and the ability to help others heal too.
Don’t Stop. Don’t Settle. Keep Stepping.
